With over a decade of experience as a Destination Management Company, Adventure & Endless Holidays is committed to excellence in tourism services and achieving this with the simple focus of “going that extra mile” for clients. The ‘MICEMANAGERS’ is a division of Adventure & Endless Holidays, setup exclusively to handle all Mice business for the company. A modern fully computerized system and a team of highly-trained staff offer a “one-stop” information and processing centre for special interest or incentive groups. The company owns and operates its own fleet of deluxe coaches able to cater for small or large groups.

OUR PEOPLE
Fiji born Damend Gounder established Adventure & Endless Holidays in 1989 initially to handle inbound visitors from Japan and than rapidly developed and expanded to become specialists for the top end incentive group mainly from North America. Damend has a wide range of knowledge in product Fiji and has developed many unique itineraries and features for incentive group travel. A recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to Fiji Tourism Award in year 2000, Damend has served in various tourism industry organizations as chairman or executive board member.
Fiji born - educated and trained in the tourism field. Isaia has over 20years of experience including one of Fiji’s largest DMC’s Thomas Cook Travel. He has worked with many incentive groups of different sizes and coordinated special events. Isaia’s experience in custom-designed itineraries with various themed functions enhances the company as an innovative and creative DMC in Fiji.
